North Brew – Lines of Symmetry 8% (DIPA) – 440 ml
Lines of Symmetry, a bold and incredibly smooth double IPA. Taking a new water profile onto a slick malt base made up of flaked oats, wheat and extra pale malt, we’ve loaded it up with one of Australia’s most notorious hops; Galaxy. We’ve countered Galaxy with German Huell Melon. The two combine to make a juicy DIPA full of clementine juice flavour, chewy dankness, sweet apricot and honey melon.
North Brew – x IMBC Somehow lose glass 7% (New Zealand IPA) – 440 ml
Indy Man Beer Celebration!!! – hasn’t happened… super sad face. No Casio Wizzard, no getting too drunk to navigate the Turkish Baths, no Thirsty Games, no somehow losing your glass!!! Hang on a minute, we think we feel a collab coming on… The finest people behind one of the finest beer festivals in the UK have been hard at work brewing up some special beers with the some of the UK’s finest breweries! In this beer we’ve encapsulated the spirit of IMBC by going big and not going home. OATS! – loads of them! Naked Oats and Torrefied Flaked Oats for a beer as thick as your head after the Saturday night session. Chit Malt for some nice froth on top of your beer, not quite Buxton x Omnipollo soft serve, but a tiny inch towards it. HOPS!
North Brew – Modular 6% (New England IPA) – 440 ml
Modular is a big, fresh & juicy IPA with a little bitterness. Flavours of pink grapefruit, juicy pear & stone fruit that come from a generous dry hopping. Brewed with extra pale malt, oats and wheat give a bright yellow & opaque appearance.
North Brew – x Square Ball 4.5% (California Pale Ale) – 440 ml
We’ve teamed up with The Square Ball, the Leeds United Fanzine and Podcast, for a collab beer to celebrate Leeds United’s win and move up to the Premier League. This is a beer we’ve been cooking up for a while, praying that our planning didn’t jinx them! The beer is the perfect drop for the summer ahead: A Californian style Pale Ale brewed with Citra, Mosaic, Cascade and Chinook hops. The beer has tropical fruity notes with a light bitterness. An ideal beer to drink at home or sat in one of the recently re-opened beer gardens around Leeds!
